These Messaging Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the text message (SMS/MMS) and automated/prerecorded phone call program (the “Program”) offered by Dar-Us Inc. (“Dar-Us,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in, you agree to these Terms.

1. Program Description

By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive marketing, promotional, and service-related communications from Dar-Us Inc., delivered by text message (SMS/MMS) and/or automated or prerecorded phone calls. These may include promotions, offers, sales and service information, and account or service updates.

2. Consent

You must expressly opt in to join the Program. Your consent is not a condition of any purchase. By opting in, you confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of the phone number provided and are authorized to consent to receive these communications.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Dar-Us Inc. does not charge for the messages, but your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply.

5. Opt-Out / Cancellation

You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message and then stop sending text messages. You may continue to receive messages for a short period while your request is processed.

To stop phone calls, reply STOP to a text, or ask to be placed on our internal Do Not Call list by contacting us using the information below.

6. Help

7. Rejoining

If you have opted out and wish to rejoin, you may opt in again through our website form or by replying START (or JOIN) to resume messages.

8. Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.

9. Privacy

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

10. Eligibility

The Program is available to residents of the United States. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to participate.
